The Jazz Bass is the second bass model that Leo Fender introduced - and in 1960, first under the name Deluxe Bass. The name Jazz Bass was ultimately chosen because Fender felt that a bass of these parameters would appeal particularly to jazz musicians. However, he was a bit wrong about that, because today you can find "JB" in many other musical genres where their warm and thick tone comes into play.

The X Series is made to play. The acoustic-electric D-X1E features the iconic Dreadnought body shape, now available in two eye-catching high-pressure laminate (HPL) patterns—koa or mahogany. The HPL top, back, and sides give you durability and classic Martin style, while playability enhancements include a thinner fingerboard with a gently beveled comfort edge and refined string spacing, and a modernized bridge contour for a smooth and comfortable playing experience. Its signature size is loud and projective with strong bass, lending itself to any genre and experience level. The D-X1E also comes with satin tuners and Martin E-1 electronics, featuring a built-in chromatic tuner and volume, tone, and phase controls, letting you plug in and play at any volume. All X Series models come with a softshell case.
The Martin GPC-X2E Cocobolo is a remastered addition to the X Series, designed to deliver enhanced playability and durability. Featuring a satin-finished spruce top with an elegant abalone pattern rosette and eye-catching cocobolo pattern high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides, this guitar not only looks stunning but also maintains the classic Martin sound. The Grand Performance body size offers a balanced tone with added bass, and the cutaway design allows for easy access to higher frets. With playability enhancements like a thinner fingerboard and a modernised bridge contour, this guitar provides a smooth and comfortable playing experience.
The Martin X Series is known for its durability and affordability without compromising on tone. It allows musicians the freedom to play wherever and whenever they desire. With its stunning cocobolo back and sides and a spruce top, this guitar offers a bright and reflective tone with accentuated treble response. The spruce top adds to the guitar's versatility, providing a broad dynamic tonal range with a crisp and articulate sound.
The Fender Highway Series represents not a revision, but a re-imagining of the acoustic experience, inviting players to throw away the map and get lost on the open road of creativity
New mother-of-pearl pattern inlay on the rosette and fingerboard lend a richness to the D-X2E making it as impressive to look at as it is to play. With a Performing Artist neck, fingerboard, and bridge of select hardwood, the sound transfer of this model has been greatly improved. It is equipped with Fishman® MX electronics and strung with Martin’s Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 strings. With a new, soft gig bag featuring headstock, bridge, and endpin protectors, a durable water-repellent exterior, and foam padding, this model is ready to go anywhere.
Due to material availability the D-X2E Rosewood and D-X2E Mahogany are designed with either a tortoise pattern or black pickguard. Selection may vary.
