Accounts Assistant – Part Time (c. 25 hours per week)
Maternity Leave cover but with potential for permanency
Main Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable (Processing
- Accounts Receivable (Issuing Invoices/Statements email)
- Verifying the integrity of invoices/goods received
- Complete reconciliations of banks, debtor/creditor accounts
- Preparation and filings of VAT returns
- Assist with Month end close
- Creating and posting weekly/fortnightly payment runs
- Monthly Budgeting and Forecasting
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, bank and revenue as required
Required skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Experience with SAGE accounting highly desirable
- Strong PC skills required
- Ability to adapt, multitask and work on own initiative
- Strong organisational skills
